A great, unbiased dieting blog I recommend

If you were to place all the scientists, health researchers, and fitness gurus of one country in one huge building and let them do whatever the heck they want â ¦ what will happen?

You guessed it â a nasty brawl. Probably one with lots of vulgarities, torn paper and broken glass all over the place.

Regardless of how we put the situation, the building is going to be one of total anarchy.

Given the conflicting opinions of different studies and all the diet systems out there, it can be aggravating and hair-raising to sort out the fair, unbiased and truthful advice from the bold and possibly even fraudulent claims made in numerous diet products and services sold online.

Gluten-free, Atkins, keto, military, GMâ ¦ oh my god! What do I choose!? (Not to mention that every person’s dietary needs are different â it’s REALLY hard to find someone who is considerate of absolutely all of the different possible conditions that are unique to how a person is able to maintain his or her health!)

I know you’ll be relieved to find help. Fortunately, in my searches, I accidentally came across a great blog called -, run by a father & son duo from Canada. Looking at what they’ve written, it’s clear that they really care about their audience and go out of their way to test all the health products they review and explain the health effects to you first hand.

One topic of interest I noticed them talking about is Brian Flatt’s 2 Week Diet. It’s one of the most controversial online health products around, and a lot of the reviews will confuse you. Arkadi & Alexander, the owners of Fit Healthy & Happy, say they plan on reviewing it. Given the honesty that they’ve brought to their writing so far, I’m very excited for the review they’re going to publish.

In fact, I actually had the privilege of reaching out and speaking to Arkadi & Alexander, and they will indeed publish the review of The 2-Week Diet, while they are also currently on a different diet which is 9 weeks. Not related to the 2-Week Diet.
